Go to www.facebook.com
Log in to your Facebook Account.
Click on your profile. Once you are in your profile, click on "view videos of me," which is on the left hand side of the screen underneath your profile picture.

Once you are brought to the next page, on the top left hand side of the screen, click "Add new video."
You will now have three options. You can either upload a video from your computer, send a video from your mobile phone, or record a video through Facebook.
If you choose the first option, all you have to do is click browse and locate the file on your computer. This is a very similar process to loading pictures onto Facebook.
If you want to send your video from your mobile phone, send an email to video@facebook.com and follow the directions given.
If you want to record a video right now, click on record and record your message.
No matter what you choose to do, all three methods are extremely simple and straight forward.
